Preparing for your appointment with Dr Dower.
New Patients
A GP referral is required for all consultations with Dr Dower.
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for any administrative forms. To save time, you are welcome to complete your patient registration and pain diagram forms in advance:
If you have any relevant imaging or diagnostic results, we encourage you to email or fax them to the clinic beforehand so they can be reviewed and filed prior to your appointment.
Our team values your time and strives to keep appointments on schedule. However, occasional delays may occur due to the unpredictable nature of medical care, or if some patients require more time for complex issues. We thank you for your understanding and apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
